Minifest 2007 Entry Form


Cheques (made payable to W.O.D.L.) will be held until the six groups are named.

Entry deadline: April 28, 2007. Participating groups will be advised on or immediately after May 1, 2007, of their acceptance. If there are more than six entries, preference will be given to new groups or those who have not recently participated in a Minifest Workshop.

Weekend pass: $20 to participants, $25 all others includes all sessions, coffee, lunches, but not Saturday evening meal

Banquet and entertainment on Sat. night will be held at the Embro West Zorra Community Centre, 35th Line, Embro.
Cost for Saturday night dinner is $30.00
Bus will be available for anyone traveling to or from the Quality Hotel all day on Saturday.


Format: Limited to six groups, two on Friday night and four on Saturday. Host group provides the set, basic furniture, lighting, sound equipment, the Minifest Workshop Stage Manager/Tech. etc Each participating group brings its own hand props, music and sound effects, costumes, makeup and any extra small items it wants to use (coffee tables, plants, etc) and any set dressing it can add to the set in the fifteen minutes allowed for set up

Parties: Friday night and Saturday night. Cash bar

NOTE: The Annual General Meeting of the Western Ontario Drama League will be held on Sunday July 29th, at 11.00 a.m.,and all member groups are urged to attend. Come and enjoy Minifest Workshop and PLEASE stay for the meeting. It will be quite short, and we really need to hear your opinions, and get your input. Please share your ideas with us as to how we can make WODL better and stronger, working for you.
