edie inksetter lardy

Edie Inksetter Lardy has been a professional actor for twenty years and has worked at major theatres across Canada, including The Shaw Festival, Manitoba Theatre Centre and The Citadel Theatre in Edmonton. She has an extensive list of film and television credits including recurring roles in Sue Thomas F.B. Eye and Odyssey 5. She spent six years working in casting for film and television series including Instant Star and Degrassi, numerous commercials and both Mamma Mia and The Lion King for Mirvish Productions in Toronto. She spent last summer working in casting for The Stratford Festival. Her favourite thing about casting has always been working with the actors. In the future she hopes to add directing to her resume.

Open to anyone, 16 and older, interested in a workshop on character development through scene study, acting and reacting through action and intent. We will use scenes from contemporary and classical plays to work specifically on action. An ideal opportunity for those auditioning for spring theatre productions!

 

 

 

Pre-registration is requested in order for HCP to set up facilities and meals to accommodate participants and send out materials
